Aim To Relax offers you the opportunity to explore a variety of bodywork utilizing, in combination, aromatherapy, traditional massage, lymphatic mobilization, energy and breath work to encourage the body to release tension and heal.

As a Certified Lymphatic Therapist I can offer the Lymphedema client CDT; Complete Decongestive Therapy, through MLD; Manual Lymphatic Drainage and compression wrapping as well as lymph drainage massage. If you are already affiliated with a community center and are receiving manual therapies, I can assist you in bridging your therapies to home, prior to discharge.

If you have recently had, or intend to have abdominoplasty or other aesthetic enhancement surgery, and lymphatic drainage massage is recommended by your surgeon pre and post operatively, session packages are available at a discounted rate per session, which are good for 6 months.

As a Certified Aromatherapy Practitioner I can also provide non pharmacological adjuvant therapy, working alongside you and your physician(s) to strategize a holistic and integrated plan for your care.

Hour massage session with emphasis on Lymphatic System designed to promote lymph flow with decongestion of tissues.

One hour fifteen minute Total Body Energy Boost utilizing Healing Touch Techniques, Reiki, Reflexology and Accupressure ( Aromatherapy optional.)

Home visits can also be discussed if you are unable to travel and safely leave your home due to advancing illness.
