Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Continuing Education for Massage Therapists

Lymphatic Mobilization is a form of very light, rhythmic, and repetitive touch that encourages lymph flow in the body, utilizing Vodder techniques. This type of bodywork is helpful for detoxification, post operative fluid shifts and can assist with edema, scar tissue, spider veins, redness, acne, headache, and mental clarity.
I am teaching an 16 hour Advanced Lymphatic Mobilization class at my location in New Britain the weekend of November 22nd. This NCBTMB approved offering is a 16-hour advanced course that will provide an in-depth overview of the lymphatic system and the application of advanced lymphatic massage techniques focusing on clients with more complex disease processes. Advanced body mapping as well as advanced sequencing of session will be explored. The participant will learn the advanced application of Lymphatic drainage techniques within the massage therapists’ scope of practice. The instructor will cover certification options for formal certification.
Please contact me directly either by email or text for inquiries or to register. Looking forward to seeing you in November,
Aimee
